He has led numerous cross-functional teams to develop and launch product lines, technologies and supporting marketing programs in the communications, audio and visual technologies, and consumer toys industries, with such companies as Sony Electronics, T-Mobile, Mattel and Spin Master. Roberto founded Xtended Reality to support small and mid-sized companies in effectively adopting, optimizing and expanding their use of these fast-growing technologies
